Shipping cost is determined by your delivery location. Please enter full details so that shipping costs can be calculated.
All larger items - such as stoves and cookers - are shipped on a pallet on a tail-lift truck. Their contract is to deliver to the pavement nearest to your delivery address. In certain circumstances, they may deliver closer to your door where this is easily possible. However, they are not obliged to do this.

Placement of Delivery
Our carriers' contract is to deliver stoves TO PAVEMENT ONLY. They may, if it is straight forward, deliver to your door, but they are not contracted to do so. They are not insured to take inside the house or premises. You should therefore consider arranging for assistance to move the stove from the pavement to inside your property.
Once you have signed for the delivery, you area responsiblefor the items delivered.

Weights
All weights are given in good faith. Some manufacturers do not issue wieght information and, therefore, weights quoted on this web site should be used with caution. In some cases, we have had to specify some estimated weights in order to ascertain and quote delivery costs.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in <days> business days. International orders are generally received in under <days> days.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and contact you as soon as your order arrives into stock.

Yes! It IS possible to overfire your stove and most MANUFACTURERS' GUARANTEES DO NOT COVER OVERFIRING.
